Registration

Registration is available through March 28, with the following fees:

• (Under)graduate students: $90

• Postdocs & visiting faculty: $190

• Tenure-track faculty & permanently employed: $240

Late registration after March 28 and on-site registration is also available, with the following fees:

• (Under)graduate students: $110

• Postdocs & visiting faculty: $210

• Tenure-track faculty & permanently employed: $260

Registration for attendance includes: 

• the conference dinner on Saturday evening with catering from the amazing Cafe Platano, 

• complimentary coffee and refreshments from the incredible Cafenated Coffee Company throughout the conference, 

• fun Berkeley and WCCFL-themed swags, and

• full access to our awesome talk and poster presentations!

We ask that all presenters register by March 28, and we encourage other attendees to register by this date as well. 

If you anticipate any accessibility needs (ASL interpretation, mobility assistance, etc), please register by March 24 and indicate your needs on your registration form so we can ensure you have full access to the conference. 

We are also happy to consider fee reductions or waivers for individuals who require financial assistance. If you're unable to pay the conference fee for any reason, please email us at wccfl42@berkeley.edu!
